- Introduction & Q&A: Start with a 30-minute Q&A session with Dr. Lieman, focused on your career goals and objectives for the session.
- 4 Hours of Shadowing: Observe Dr. Lieman’s expertise with real patients at Elite Medspa + Wellness Center.
- Patient Observations: Spend four hours observing a variety of procedures and patient interactions.
- Wrap-Up Discussion: End with a debrief, where you can ask questions on injection techniques, supplies, business practices, software, and more.
- 3-Month Follow-Up: A follow-up Zoom call within three months to check your progress and keep you on track.
