1. Eligibility
All courses and training programs are intended for licensed medical or aesthetic professionals only. Proof of licensure may be required prior to enrollment or participation. Elite Academy reserves the right to deny or revoke enrollment if eligibility requirements are not met.
2. Course Enrollment and Payment
Course enrollment is confirmed only after full payment has been received, unless otherwise stated in writing.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing, bundled pricing, or special offers may have specific terms and limitations.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
All course purchases are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
If a course must be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, Elite Academy will provide notice and offer alternative dates when possible.
Failure to attend a scheduled course without prior written notice may result in forfeiture of tuition.
4. Certificates of Completion
Certificates of Completion are issued to participants who attend and complete the course requirements.
Certificates do not represent licensure, certification by a governing medical board, or authorization to practice. It is the responsibility of each participant to comply with their state and local scope of practice regulations.
5. Scope of Practice and Responsibility
Elite Academy provides educational training only. We do not guarantee employment, clinical outcomes, or professional success.
Participants are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and scope of practice requirements in their jurisdiction.
6. Hands‑On Training and Models
Live models may be provided for hands‑on training. Participation in hands‑on activities is voluntary and conducted under instructor supervision.
Elite Academy is not responsible for individual clinical decisions made by participants during or after training.
7. Shadowing and Post‑Course Opportunities
Shadowing opportunities, clinic days, or additional practice sessions are offered at the discretion of Elite Academy and may require completion of specific courses.
Availability is not guaranteed and is subject to scheduling, eligibility, and instructor approval.
8. Intellectual Property
All course materials, manuals, presentations, videos, and content provided by Elite Academy are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws.
Materials may not be copied, distributed, recorded, or reproduced without prior written consent.
9. Media and Photography
By participating in courses or events, you may be photographed or recorded for educational or promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, you must notify us in writing prior to the course.
10. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
Description:
- The campaign sends confirmation and reminder text messages to customers once they have opted in to receive promotional notifications SMS from Elite Academy through our website at https://www.myeliteacademy.co/, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt‑in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. The messages may also include follow‑ups to missed appointments, links to reschedule, or offers. Additionally, it will be used for 2‑way communication and updates regarding patient appointments and other inquiries.
Cancellation Instructions:
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Following this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

- If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out directly to admin@myelitemedspa.com during business hours.
Carrier Liability:
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

- Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

- Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T‑Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.
Age Restriction:
